I have a floating plywood floor over the carpet in my sewing room. I had put peel and stick tiles on it. The were peeling up. I wanted one continuous piece of linoleum instead of the 12 in peel and stick. I found this flooring and 1 roll was exactly enough to do my floating floor. this is a traditional glue-down LVT floor that is waterproof, kid and pet-friendly, and easy to clean and maintain. Because this is glued to your subfloor, it is perfect when you don't want transition strips from room to room, making it a great option for homes with large spaces or special needs.

Picture doesnt do it justice. This tile is beautiful and looks very high end. The surface has a nice texture to it and not that cheap glossy stuff. Mannington also has grout specific to their products as well as a sealer. You can lay it down with or without grout. We are doing without. I could not find any pictures online of what it would look like not using grout so once our contractor installs Ill take another pic and post it. We chose the flex line because we have an old house and there is a hump in the floor from the structural wall underneath. I used this peel and stick tiles for a garage bathroom floor to give it a more masculine feel. I like the outcome, but I would suggest padding your measurements for mistakes, etc. I had several tiles where the corners broke off. I had prepped the concrete prior to putting down the tiles, so they did seem to adhere just fine. Tiles were easy to cut with a utility knife. For the price, it is perfect for my needs. The assembly was challenging due to the number of pieces that hold it together. The directions had pictures, but some narrative would be helpful. I am no youngster and not the strongest, but I put it together by myself and with rest stops subtracted from the equation, I was able to get it together in about 5 hours. Again, for the price, it was fine. I had ordered Wayfair assembly but due to some hiccups in shipping I could not get that part coordinated. This little media player is exactly what I was looking for. It is simple, compact, lightweight, and works fine.
