This is a beautiful hood, at a great price. Wayfair customer service went above and beyond to replace the original “lost” shipment when the first transportation company claimed the hood was delivered and signed for. The documentation proved that to be impossible based on the date it left the warehouse. The range hood came well packaged and the assembly instructions were easy to follow. As we were missing a few inches to the ceiling with the included chimney component, we ordered the longer version directly from the manufacturer. Including a picture of the range hood after install, and a second picture after painting. Our only issue with the product is that it “whistles” at its lower speeds and due to slightly inconsistent suction, the metal grills were vibrating against the lower horizontal frame.
