If I could change anything, it would be to make it more easy to work friendly. My pans do not come clean, the food is off but the stain rings are on sides and bottom. The Bosch dishwasher is quiet. However, I am older and find that it has difficult instructions. It took reading the manual carefully to start. The manual did not come with the dishwasher so I had to download it from my computer. I like to manually start the dishwasher and do not want to put it on an app on my phone which the manual keeps suggesting I do. It has quite a bit of moisture inside the machine after the wash and rinse cycle are complete which is annoying. I manually wipe some of the inside of the machine. Great knife set! Really happy with the purchase. We are trying very hard not to put them in the dishwasher but occasionally one gets by us and our kids do it, however the knives have held up! The scissors are a great extra. The other thing I love not only about the knives but the block they rest in doesn’t take up much counter space and the color is beautiful.
