Made of Acacia wood, the Viking Juice Well Cutting Board is naturally resistant to water and humid environments, making it also resistant to bacteria. Durable enough to be used as a prep and cutting board, but beautiful enough to be used as a serving board. Large cutting surface as board measures 18" X 12" X 0.75" and can be used on both sides cutting surface, measuring 18" X 12" X 0.75" and can be used on both sides. Built-in juice grooves collect the liquids to help prevent messy spills. Hand washing only is recommended.
