The overall quality of the range has been excellent so far. We get compliments about it from all our guests and it really is a statement piece in the center of our kitchen. The only grip I have is that the burners do not turn down enough and the wok burner makes a strange humming sound at any level above 5 when any pan is placed above it. We are used to cooking with stainless cookware and the only usable burner for cooking on lower heat is the simmer burner. The others are just too intense. The grates are really heavy duty. This thing took FOREVER to arrive, but we knew that would be the case. It delayed home construction - the pandemic and supply chain issues to blame. Wayfair was generally ok with communication, definitely friendly, they just didn't have much info. ANYWAY - the range is beautiful. These are by far the best stoves/ovens! We have had our 48" since 2021, and just purchased the 30" which will be all that we need as far as the cooktop and oven. The gas model is so sleek and modern looking and definitely is an upgrade to my kitchen. There is an app that you can add the range too and remotely activate some of the features like preheating, lighting and just making sure it's turned off in instances where you may have left it on, which I love. The app can also send notifications. The light up features when turning the stove on or opening the door is very useful. There are so many settings that you can use with the range including the air fryer feature and they other cooking modes.
