This is my first induction cooktop. Didn’t know what to expect, but I got to say, it is wonderful. It heats quickly and cooks evenly at different temperatures. The controls are easy to see and use. When I got the cooktop it came with all the necessary instructions and warnings including how not to scratch the ceramic top. We installed this gas cooktop as part of our kitchen renovation. The ability to simmer vs use high heat has been wonderful. Water boils fast and the black stainless steel pan is so easy to clean.
