After using the oven for about 9 months, I have found it to have some hotspots, and the self cleaning function is just ok, which is disappointing because the Air Fry function makes the oven a mess! It takes a very long time to preheat, and the convection temp runs hot or higher than what the oven is set at. The only grip I have is that the burners do not turn down enough and the wok burner makes a strange humming sound at any level above 5 when any pan is placed above it. We are used to cooking with stainless cookware and the only usable burner for cooking on lower heat is the simmer burner. The others are just too intense. The grates are really heavy duty. I'm short so I was looking for a wall oven I could reach. The french doors is just what I need. The slide out shelves are perfect. There are 2 things that can be improved upon. The placement of the oven settings and temperature are not conducive to easy reading. I need a stool to read the dials since the printing is on the side of the knobs. Also, other than an oven thermometer, there is no readout for temperature. This is taking some getting used to but I'm sure it will work out fine. Otherwise, I love it.. Lynne. Harvard, MA.
