Customer service was great at finding out the weight of each glass door and other specs not listed in the manual. Installation took approx. a whole day due to (1) we are homeowners/DIY so had trouble understanding install instructions as it was sparse and meant for a pro; (2) difficult to adjust rollers to level as we were not able to figure out the position of the small hex hole on the roller to accommodate gaps..
