This is a nice compact dehumidifier. It's sturdy and heavy but doesn't take up too much space. The wheels and handle are great for mobility. One of the best things about it is how quiet it is in operation. For a commercial dehumidifier, the sound is very low. I don't have the ability to fully comment on it's effectiveness yet but can say that the reading changed rather quickly with a short test try. I can’t say enough about this dehumidifier. It’s extremely well made. It performs better than expected and has replaced two 70 pint dehumidifiers in a very humid indoor space. It holds humidity levels to our desired humidity range of below 50 without issue. The blower is powerful and helps to move air around the space it is in. The gravity drain is easy to connect the provided hose and clamp to as well. There is also a washable and reusable air filter on the intake side. High quality wine glasses made by Riedel which is one of the brands known for their high-end, luxury, handmade glasses and decanters. These glasses are part of their Extreme Collection. They are machine-made, dishwasher-safe, and durable. I don't have worry about them being too precious for daily use and yet they are elegant and feel good in the hand. I can find "cheaper" glasses, but these are big bang for your buck if you want to get a quality glass and not break the bank. However, there's no mention or photo that shows this part is only the 'sleeve' that is inserted into the rough-in mix valve - it doesn't include the internal cartridge (must purchase separately if needed).
