Worked well for our studio vacation rental, where people occasionally don't read the description and don't realize it only offers one queen bed until they walk in! This will fold away into the closet under the stairway when not in use. All the tools needed to assemble the bed are included in the package upon delivery. The absolutely adorable little hammer wasn't needed, but I have it in my toolbox! We had to flip the footboard to where we were putting the headboard to make the holes match - so before you panic, try that!
