Perfection! This is the easiest assembly we have received from Wayfair and I cannot give enough stars! The half inch wrench recommendation is spot on but the 12mm recommendation is questionable depending on brand (we used a Craftsman Ratchet Set). We were able to screw in, by hand, most of the way and only used the wrench to tighten. There is a large hole in the middle for an umbrella, and also comes with a cover of necessary. Table itself is good and for a good price but it comes without the hardware to assemble the legs to the top. Wayfair customer service is useless and will not send you the hardware for it. So you have to go get nuts and washers at your local hardware store. Other than that, it's fine.
