Beautiful bath, but am now waiting on a replacement because it came broken completely at the neck and had a large chip on the rim. Poorly packed and supported at critical points. The injected foam padding (in silver bag) was SO THIN around the rim of the bath, you could see daylight through it, and offered no protection at all. ***UPDATE*** SECOND one arrived... BROKEN. Poorly packed, AGAIN. Good luck getting one in one piece. Now, after a rep saying I'd get another, I get an email saying my order has been canceled!?? Now, I have no idea what is going on. So much time wasted. This began June 4, its the 22nd now. ***FINAL UPDATE*** Wayfair made it "right." It was a confusing mess, but the reps were always nice, and I the end, I was satisfied.
