We've only had it 2 days so it's a very general review. So far so good. I finally broke down and invested in a better vacuum. This thing is amazing! Mostly hard flooring and its highest setting picks up everything- doesn’t blow it around. Lower settings handle even my flat washable rugs and don’t suck them up. The real test? I accidentally sucked up a metal door stopper that had broken and I immediately stopped the machine and took it apart to find the piece. Found it…in the bag. The Ergo Backpack vacuum multi-surface bundle includes hose, extension wand, two floor brushes, crevice tool, furniture nozzle, oval dust brush, 3 blower attachments, 12 disposable HEPA filtration bags, and a storage/carry bag. I’ve been extremely impressed with the Roborock Q7 M5. Setup was quick and easy, and the app is very user-friendly. The suction power is outstanding, picking up dust, pet hair, and debris from both hard floors and carpets with no issues. The self-emptying dock is a huge convenience and saves a lot of time. Navigation is accurate, and the robot maps rooms efficiently without missing spots. The mopping feature is also a great bonus for keeping floors looking fresh between deep cleanings. This is my first stick vacuum, so I don't have anything to compare it to. I would give the suction 3 stars and the features 5 stars. I love the charging stand, I'm glad it doesn't have to go on the wall. It's also light and gets into corners easily. However, it doesn't easily suck up thing like Cheerios and chocolate chips that my toddler leave behind. That part is frustrating. I still need a broom to pick up larger items.. Douglas. This is a quality product. It works perfectly and was easy to setup and to use. Recommend highly. We are using it to buy meat in bulk and portion out for our food storage. Also works great for vegetables and liquids. After using the vacuum sealers that simply suck air out of the bags, which won't work for liquids and always leaves air in the bag, this is a game changer.
