needed a floating vanity for bathroom remodel and this one worked as had perfect dimensions. We have to have to modify the interior shelves/drawer to fit the piping but it wasn't a problem as its for a guest bathroom. Overall, I'm very happy with the vanity. It looks great and really fits the mid-century modern vibe I wanted. It's very sturdy and the sink/counter seem well-made. There were a few installation issues for which my contractor had to make adjustments. Because of the angled legs, the unit doesn't sit flush against the wall so he had to do a carve-out in the baseboard for the legs to go all the way back against the wall. He also had to make a small carve-out in the back piece of the bottom drawer to accommodate the existing sink trap/water pipe configuration in the bathroom. Once assembled this vanity is a 4.5 stars. However assembly was difficult enough to drop it a star. The directions are lacking. You have to guess which sides go where even though it’s labeled the steps leave a lot of room for interpretation. The hardware is fine if you know how to assemble and disassemble it. Most flat pack furniture that use the cam lock plugs come with those inset. These white plugs you have to pop them in yourself by first unscrewing them. The drawer slides are fine but it’s not obvious how to separate them so see pictures for that too. You have to move the pieces around to line up the screw holes. Our contractor opened the box and found that the sink had a crack running the length of the sink. We contacted the manufacturer through the Wayfair website. We heard back from the manufacturer within 24 hours and they told us that they would replace the sink. However, there is no way that one can separate the sink from the countertop. We called a Wayfair representative and within 24 hours Wayfair had reordered our item to replace the broken one. It arrived today and looks beautiful. I would rank the vanity 5 stars out of 5 stars and thank Wayfair for such prompt resolution of the problem; however, I ranked it 4 stars out of 5 because of the inconvenience of receiving the broken item. There should be quality control in regards to checking an item before packaging it. There was no evidence on the package that something was damaged in transit. We have ordered a lot of items from Wayfair and this was the first time we had a problem. We would definitely order from Wayfair again, especially with their customer support team!. Emily.
