needed a floating vanity for bathroom remodel and this one worked as had perfect dimensions. We have to have to modify the interior shelves/drawer to fit the piping but it wasn't a problem as its for a guest bathroom. I love the modern look and floating style. The instructions were subpar, omitting written language in favor of images, arrows, and numbers on the cabinet base instructions. I’m handy with tools and was able to modify a few things to make it work. Firstly, pieces 4-8 have an end with larger holes. These holes go against pieces 1 and 2. I wish the instructions had said that! Second, the hangers did not work in the ore-drilled hole location. I had to move them toward the front of the cabinet and loosen the hanger before screwing them to the cabinet. That was the only way to get the cabinet pulled in close to the wall. Third, I wanted the unit mounted to studs so I added a couple holes in the top strap where the studs were. I hate drywall anchors, especially the cheap ones included in the kit. If you’re going to use drywall anchors, you’re better off using the screw-in type or toggles. Lastly, FYI the drain pipe kit that comes with the sink is 1-1/4” flexible pipe.. Hallie. Raleigh, NC. Update: I received the replacement today. Took a while, but it arrived safe and unbroken. Unfortunately, because it took a while for the replacement stone top, I had to go to my local countertop store to secure one to put on top. Overall, I am satisfied with the result. I gave this 4 stars, not because of the product but because of the delivery. The delivery was on time, but it was not secured during travel to its destination. The box was damaged on the corner. As a result, the stone was broken into four pieces, and there was a delay in installation. I would recommend better packaging. The stone top was secured with a very thin styrofoam. Now I have to wait for the replacement. On the plus side, Wayfair and the manufacturer were efficient and communicated to remedy the issue. Happy about that. Overall, I would recommend that if you are in the market for double sink vessel vanities. I assembled myself. Pro tip read the directions carefully and lay out all the pieces in ordered numbers.. Overall, I’m very happy with this vanity. Setup was straightforward and the instructions were pretty clear. I did make one mistake during assembly and had to remove a few screws to flip a wood panel over. The cabinet doors are very solid and look beautiful once installed. Construction-wise, some of the structural boards are plywood, while most of the panels are particle board with a laminate covering. It feels appropriate for the price point and looks clean and modern when assembled. One thing I really appreciated is the flexibility in installation. It can be made free-floating using the included wall-mount support board. You screw this extra board to the wall first, and it supports the entire cabinet while you secure it in place. It also includes matte black legs, which look great. The legs are adjustable on the bottom with a simple screw mechanism, which was extremely helpful for leveling on my uneven floor. Inside, there’s a single adjustable shelf with a pre-drilled hole for plumbing pass-through. The vanity includes the screws needed to mount it to the wall. The included vanity top is solid white with a clean look. It has an overflow drain with a polished chrome insert. I removed the chrome insert because it didn’t match my faucet finish, and it actually looks just fine without any hardware covering the hole. There’s also a subtle lip along the back of the top to help prevent water from running behind the vanity, which is a nice touch. The top has a single faucet hole, which worked perfectly for my setup. One thing to note: you’ll need to glue the top to the vanity, and that adhesive is not included.
