Our contractor opened the box and found that the sink had a crack running the length of the sink. We contacted the manufacturer through the Wayfair website. We heard back from the manufacturer within 24 hours and they told us that they would replace the sink. However, there is no way that one can separate the sink from the countertop. We called a Wayfair representative and within 24 hours Wayfair had reordered our item to replace the broken one. It arrived today and looks beautiful. I would rank the vanity 5 stars out of 5 stars and thank Wayfair for such prompt resolution of the problem; however, I ranked it 4 stars out of 5 because of the inconvenience of receiving the broken item. There should be quality control in regards to checking an item before packaging it. There was no evidence on the package that something was damaged in transit. We have ordered a lot of items from Wayfair and this was the first time we had a problem. We would definitely order from Wayfair again, especially with their customer support team!. Emily. It is absolutely beautiful and exactly what I was hoping for. The photos and other pics from reviews were true to the product. The ONLY reason it is not getting 5 stars is due to the same issues others have had with the size of the top drawer and the notch not being wide enough to fit existing plumbing. It's pretty crazy how narrow it is, and if the manufacturer just made it even 2 inches wider it'd be perfect. We had to get creative with a plumbing solution that we were fortunately able to do ourselves, but would have been expensive if we had to pay a plumber. Overall, very happy and would buy it again. The vanity is just beautiful. As others have noted, it exceeds expectations. It’s solid, well made, beautiful wood and the top is adhered beautifully and looks gorgeous. We haven’t installed it to the wall yet, but that appears straightforward. Wayfair’s delivery experience was fabulous. I paid the extra to have it delivered to the room of my choice and they carried it up stairs and into the room it will be in, being careful of walls and furnishings. Do I love it Yes! I show it to everyone. The sliding shelf is a genius design. Did assembling this take a small toll on my mental state Yes… it took forever. I initially attached the some of the parts the wrong way, which i didn’t know until it came to a point where i had to disassemble and redo. I also ended up putting the shelves in upside down. But, never fear… I placed some contact paper on them so you can’t tell. I gave it four stars because the light in the mirror is not very bright. Lots of storage space. The color, value and functionality of this vanity are fabulous! We bought all of the vanities for our new home from Wayfair and are really pleased with them. The color of this is awesome. The faucet color (from Delta) we chose match well with the drawer pull hardware on the cabinet. Like the two large drawers for storage also.
