This was simple to install. They try to make it easy to install by yourself but I required help lifting this up the ladder from my husband. I had difficulty placing all the items in screw it all up so you have to find the perfect positioning to make it work. We really like that it comes with a remote. We also had to change out our dimmer to a regular switch because it’s messes with light and makes it flicker but that’s what the remote is for. One thing I’m not so sure about is the LED. I’m having someone install this and they haven’t gotten to it yet. It’s a nice size fan for a bedroom which is where we will be using it. The light (pictured in the middle) is simple but “clean” looking. The fan blades have 2 colors and I love the timer on the remote! I love this little machine. Picks up real well one button press and you have your hand vac. Keep in mind this is not a full size vacuum cleaner it is an auto broom. The cup is small but powerful. If I was to change anything it would be the cup size. Make it a little bigger. I have 3 cats and two full size Aussies, that is why I love my Electrolux. This light arrived well packaged and in a generic ceiling light package. Sofucor does do a lot of ceiling fans per their website and the interior packaging confirmed it was a Sofucor product. There is a little blue tooth speaker in the middle of the fan, and the LED lighting will not only show up on the outer plastic crystallized rim, it will shine through the “star” holes in the main basin. At first I thought they were little glitter pieces but you can fully see through them when I held it up to a light. This is going in my teenage sons room during our new build, so I will update photos after full installation. All in all it looks to be a stellar, very cool product so we are looking forward to it..
