I purchased this faucet mainly because of the color, and it did not disappoint. The champagne bronze finish is absolutely gorgeous and matches perfectly with my appliances, which was important to me. I didn’t want too many different shades of gold competing in the kitchen, and this faucet ties everything together seamlessly. It looks elegant and high-end without being overly flashy. There are a few things to note about functionality. The nozzle is fairly heavy, so when you remove it from the magnetic holder it drops down quickly. It took a little getting used to when putting it back in place. Also, because we installed a quartz sink with a thicker backsplash, the faucet handle couldn’t be mounted on the side as intended—we had to position it in the front. For us, that placement actually works fine, but it’s something to consider if you’re working with thicker counter or backsplash materials. One feature I absolutely love is the sprayer. When you turn it on, the water pressure comes out in a beautiful crisscross pattern that looks refined and different from most faucets. It gives the impression of a much more expensive fixture, and I know guests will notice the detail. The only improvement I’d suggest is with the extension visually, the coiled spring design makes it seem like the faucet will pull out farther, but it doesn’t extend much at all. That said, it still works well for our 30-inch sink and has great spray coverage. Overall, this faucet combines beautiful style with solid performance and really elevates the kitchen.. Nicole. Faucet is gorgeous! Its handle provides a nice contrast and all together the faucet complements my dynamic countertop. This faucet was a replacement for an older one that had lost water pressure. Issue now resolved and even better with "Power Boost " feature. Love the motion control, very responsive. Also works with Alexa. I wasn't sure that it would work given the negative reviews regarding voice activation with Alexa app but it has been working well so far. Installation was easy. I wish the faucet's swivel wasn't restricted to 100 degrees rotation. The kitchen sink is a standard double bowl and the faucet's reach positions perfectly over the smaller bowl's drain but not so over the large bowl, however I was able to rotate the base a bit to correct but it makes the faucet appear slight off center. Good thing I don't have OCD. The secure docking and retraction of the pull down hose works ok but maybe the hose could've been a little longer or the weight heavier for a more brisk retraction and docking. We currently have 6 of these in our 92K sq. ft. office building and as the person who takes care of these I can tell you that when they are working they are a great asset. After 5 years of being installed we are consistently having problems with 2 of them turning off. After replacing every single electrical component including the dedicated outlets that these are plugged into we are still having problems. The product was perfect for our needs. The price was very fair and the financing was great. The set up was easy. The only thing that should be addressed is in the set-up of the CO2 gauages and connections. That section of the manual could use a little more clarity. I got this on an open box deal so I didn't look too closely to set up etc. First, it's beautiful in the gold finish. It's solid and doesn't feel or look cheap. The sensor is on the side of the faucet which is smart (unlike the last faucet I had, that was in the front so it went off a lot) The talking Myrna, not for me. and I find that the sensor is not very sensitive, it takes a few times to get it to turn on/off. The bad- I was replacing an older battery operated faucet with sensor. I did not know that this new model was a plug in electric operation. That required installation of an outlet under my sink that I had to buddy off an outlet on the other side of my wall. Huge PIA! And it won't run manually b/c the water runs through the module box. It's done now but I wouldn't purchase this again if I had known. I also don't like that when you pull down the sprayer when the faucet is on *but water isn't running b/c I used the sensor) the water doesn't kick on like my old model. I still need to say water on or use the sensor to get the water to run. It looks pretty and I may end up just using the on/off handle like a manual version.. Heather. Middle River, MD.
