Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). Fantastic, but a few things to know. It’s very cost effective to buy your own durable brand like this, and pay an electrician to install it, but you need a little patience. Most of the struggle was finding a qualified HVAC professional to install a unit they couldn’t markup because they didn't sell it to you. Additionally, some requested permits. As long as you’re not in a rush, or handy enough to install yourself including the breaker, this is a fantastic purchase. Living in Florida, the self cleaning feature is intended to reduce mold. I haven’t had to do that yet, but a great function. The remote has a lot of features including being able to adjust the temperature on each of the inside heads separately. I have already googled a replacement remote, because I lose everything. If you aren’t used to ductless AC, you’ll just want to locate the manual override on the inside unit heads, or use the app on your phone. The SEER2 rating is high for a unit like this, so I’m hoping it helps with my electric bill.
