Smaller than I wanted it will not hold the towels side by side. If your plug is behind the rack there is not enough room for the towels to hang and its a fight to get them on the rack. Also the rack does not heat as well the only area that heats is where the towel is laying across the bar not just touching it. I have always wanted a towel warmer- I love to take baths at night and the thought of a warm towel sounds so relaxing. This warmer is nice - it has a lot of racks and places to hang a robe but it is just so large and sticks out pretty far on the top. I actually think it’s too big for my smaller sized main bath. Each of the nine curved towel bars are designed to dry and warm large towels or bathrobes easily. Its stainless steel construction gives the Riviera long-lasting durability and the polished gold finish serves to reflect ambient light brilliantly. The polished gold finish is applied via Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) and it enhances durability, resisting scratches, corrosion, and tarnishing while maintaining a brilliant, long-lasting shine. This towel warmer is also dual connection which means that it can be used “as is” to plug into a standard 120 VAC outlet or it can be modified by a licensed electrician to have a hardwired 120 VAC electrical connection. When this towel warmer is installed with a hardwired electrical connection, there is no unattractive and cumbersome cover plate required because of its unique design. The Riviera is safe and is cETLus listed. It comes with an LED power switch and TempSmart overheat protection to prevent the unit’s surface temperature from exceeding 167F (75C). For peace of mind, the Riviera is covered by our 2-year manufacturer’s warranty. Optional towel warmer controls sold separately.
