The dryer is great. Im handy, so it was very easy to hook up. The delivery was a different story. We were given a delivery day of Tuesday, then it changed to Monday between 7 AM and 7 PM. My wife called at 930 Monday to narrow down the window, and was eventually told they didnt even have it at the delivery center. Then he checked and found it had just arrived, but it was too late to get it on a truck. Problem was, we took Monday off to receive it and hook it up. He said they could deliver Wednesday, between 7 AM and 11 AM, with a call 30 min. before delivery. They called at 6 AM, and delivered at 645 AM. But, we have the dryer, so all is good. The delivery crew from Glen Ellyn Moving and Storage were great, quick,efficient and polite. I have had a single hose style before and it seemed to really make it humid. This one cools it nicely is quiet and doesn’t put off the humid air. It actually dehumidifies the camper and has a nice drain house I ran out the bottom. I also really like the swing feature to help move the air around in the camper. Being it’s summer I haven’t tried out the heater portion of this but excited to have an all in one unit.
