Love the install, love the stream modes. The only issue is when you go to replace the removable handle, it'll fall onto the floor unless you place it in the cradle exactly perfect. We've dropped it several times and this last time it broke. Really love the shower head, though... hoping I can fix it or just replace the removable handle. Great shower head. I ordered the stainless steel and chrome. Stainless steel is noticeably nicer and not as much plastic. Chrome looks cheap so trying to exchange for stainless steel, but Wayfair is charging a return shipping fee which I’m not happy about especially since the stainless steel finish is more expensive.. Great Product! Highly Recommend! Price fluctuates on this, but I got it on sale for around $48. I wanted to get the 8 spray model S-2251, but it costs over $100 for 2 more spray heads. So I got this and took off the restrictor (search you tube) and I have the lever set in the middle where it sprays nice thick hot water and gives me a good massage. I think I spend less time in the shower because there's more water to clean all the soap off. Try it with the restrictor and with the black rubber off, and without the whole restrictor. Right out of the box I was impressed with this Handheld shower head. I ordered the polished nickel and it is beautiful. The design is sleek and minimal, which is what I was going for. I needed to replace an older In2ition and decided on this one. So very happy! I think it supplies better shower spray pressure overall and the ProClean Spray is a terrific addition. The flexible hose is so much more flexible. I do wish it was a bit longer (I'd gotten an extra long one on my old In2ition) as the longer length makes it easier for me to wash pets in the shower.
