You can adjust fan speed from 1–10. It feels like you are sitting on your porch with a steady breeze. It also includes aromatherapy pads. You can use it as a regular fan or use its full functionality to circulate air throughout the room. I have pets so the automatic shutoff is a great safety feature. I have a open concept downstairs and as an older house there is a lot of gaps that lets in the cold, this has been a great help in warming up the various rooms, I tried it in two smaller rooms upstairs and it kept the rooms very comfortable.
