We absolutely love this dusk-to-dawn barn light! It has been perfect for our needs. We wanted our side patio and the stone stairs from the driveway down to the patio illuminated at night for safety, but we were constantly forgetting to turn our old light off in the morning. Sometimes it would stay on for days — and since we use a higher-wattage bulb, I can only imagine how much electricity we were wasting. This light completely solved that problem. It turns on automatically at dusk and shuts off at sunrise without us having to think about it, which has been incredibly convenient. Our home also sits right along the edge of the woods, so having reliable outdoor lighting gives us peace of mind when letting the dogs out at night and when our kids come home after dark. The area is now safely lit every evening without us worrying whether someone remembered to flip the switch.
