This is my first stick vacuum, so I don't have anything to compare it to. I would give the suction 3 stars and the features 5 stars. I love the charging stand, I'm glad it doesn't have to go on the wall. It's also light and gets into corners easily. However, it doesn't easily suck up thing like Cheerios and chocolate chips that my toddler leave behind. That part is frustrating. I still need a broom to pick up larger items.. Douglas. We use other Bissell products so we knew we could count on this to work and man did it deliver! Not only does it make cleaning insanely easy, but it does a fantastic job and it is the only solution we found that also get all the way up to the walls (it's also very gentle and doesn't hurt paint or finish). 5/5 isn't even good enough.
