I'm not yet sure how well my new grow lights are going to help my plants and I wasn't at all happy to learn that they have to be plugged in to work since nothing in the description or photos shows a cord, but they are easy to use and very convenient in less-than-convenient locations. There is also a timer, tho the control is so tiny that it is difficult to read. After using it just one day, I noticed my succulent reaching upward, toward the light, which generally means that it is not enough light, but I moved the light closer to the plant and that seems to have helped. I am hopeful that these will fix the issue I have of wanting to be surrounded by plants, while not having enough sunlight in my home.. Timothy. Spring Grove, PA. Fri May 15 2026
