UPDATE: I ended up taking of the back to see what it was. Turns out they left a foil sticker flapping around on the fan. I removed it, and it works fine. I'm OK with the function but was disappointed at the hassle--nearly had to send it back! My original review below. I liked it, but unfortunately, after <10 uses, I hear a rattle from the inside. Works well. The air filter and lint filter are a little fussy, but they also get diner particles. The operation method is different from our old dryer, but it’s fine. As noted, it’s 120V, so it can take longer. It did great on the “challenge” load which included towels. It’s got little handholds on the side which made it easy to get into place (plus it’s light enough to move around). This is a really nice unit. Nice looking design, mostly metal, sturdy feeling including coating with a nice texture / evenly applied, plenty of sensor settings (tucked on underside of sensor pod) for whatever you might be looking for the light to do, and has a clearly stated warranty. The lights are moderately bright, much dimmer, warmer, and more "mood lighting" than "floodlight" compared to our previous 2-bulb spotlight. Part of it is the focus of the light since they have a full rim/hood whereas some fixtures have big bulging bulbs that distribute light widely. Just depends what you're looking for. The area we have them in is about 50ft wide and with these pointed about 50* downward, they light up about 30ft well and the rest dimly. To me, this kind of light is more considerate to neighbors since it directs the light more into your own yard than beaming in all directions. 2 issues. One is the sensor pod -- which in my opinion is the durability weak spot on these types of product -- is all plastic... Not so good for baking in the sun, though I feel more confident since the product has a longer warranty than most things these days and will hopefully be UV resistant. The other quirk was during installation. This product has a lot of power/brains packed into the round base plate, leaving almost no room for wires/nuts. In our case, we had a builder-grade (junk) spotlight attached directly to an eve with the wiring stuffed behind the eve, no workbox. This meant a much more complicated install than expected because we had to cut a workbox to a weird location. Probably would have cost a good chunk more if an electrician had to do it. That's fine and probably the better way to install any electrical device, just wish there were clearer pictures of the back of the unit so we could have planned the time and materials better. For those of you living in parts of the country with better building standards than Arizona, perhaps you'll have the right electrical setup. It also includes a gasket which is so tightly toleranced it wouldn't sit behind the base during install on our textured eve... Again, might work better for your setup, just things to consider -- we needed a tube of caulk to seal it. Overall really like the light, unit looks great and so does the bright-enough but comfortable light it puts out. This pot is great quality! It’s got a nice weight to it and is super stout. It also fits great inside pots from other makers. I have a kenmore set that is nonstick that I love and this fits perfectly inside the tall extra large pot. We have already found many different things to use it for to make lid a little easier. It made soft serve ice cream that I put in freezer to get it hard. It works nicely but ice cream is not hard till you put it in throw freezer. The ice cram scoop that came with it broke the first time I tried to use it. Luckily I had a nice scoop I use to make cookies with and it worked fine. It takes about 45 to minutes to make soft serve ice cream. There was no recipes for ice cream worth the machine , a real short comming. You have to figure out how much the machine can hold. It says you can only fill up 60% but there are no markings soon you have to guess. My second was much better than my first. Its a great price on sale!. Richard. VA. Sun Jul 03 2022
