This is my second attempt at buying/using an ice maker. The first time I never worked and that’s bc it was a very poorly ventilated mobile home in Florida and the heat was too much. Now, I’m in a ‘regular’ home and thought I’d give it another’s try with this model and low and behold, this thing cranks out the ice non-stop and you don’t need to stand their while it’s doing it but it helps bc you do want to put the ice in your freezer - I used a metal mixing bowl and filled it to the top in mere minutes. It’s very easy to use, just pour water in, plug it in and about 9 cubes every 6 minutes as it states is true. I’m very pleased and I would whole-heartedly recommend this product fully.. Dean. The evaporator arrived quickly and damage free. It is larger than I expected. I was kind of skeptical that this would cool down my patio. To my surprise, it did exactly that. The instructions were vague but I was able to figure out how to use it. When I turned it on, it took about 2 minutes before it started blowing cool air. I was amazed of the volume of air this unit pushes and it was at low fan speed. Adding ice packs cools the air down even more. I will be buying another one for my garage.
