Installation was a bit tricky as this was the first custom shower drain I have installed but I was able to figure it out. Once installed this drain is awesome. The large water collection area prevents any kind of pooling and has a luxurious feel about it. Perigold delivered 3 broken toilets to me!!! I was told after the second much caution would be taken with regards to shipping - extra labeling, etc - none of that.
