The cabinets just need to be adjusted and I feel the packaging could have been better to prevent things from shifting so much, there was no support other than an empty box inside both cabinets, I feel they should replace that with a solid block of styrofoam. One side came with more of a gap between the cabinets and need to be adjusted more than the other side. I bought this for a nightstand instead of for the bathroom. We bought a new bed and it raised the mattress so much I needed a taller narrow nightstand. The tub is gorgeous. Make sure you use mild detergent to clean like dishwashing liquid. I used soft scrub comet and it took forever to get the lighter color film residue off. It comes in a crate and its 300 pounds so beware. I paid for the delivery service and it was no problem although the men visibly struggled to get it into my bedroom. My master is on the first floor. I couldnt imagine trying to get it up an interior stairway. Ive read some other reviews that complain of it not retaining heat. My experience is the opposite.
