I couldnt imagine trying to get it up an interior stairway. Ive read some other reviews that complain of it not retaining heat. My experience is the opposite. They were a great resource on a subject I knew little about. I have never had an indoor jetted tub. They answered all of my questions and also recommended modifications that I added to my order. The tub was delivered in about 4 weeks. We unboxed it and conducted a leak test according to company standards. It is perfect! The general contractor that I hired thought it was well built and great looking for a small, jetted tub. I hope to have years of enjoyment from the foot jets and back jets.
