The size is perfect, small enough for my limited amount of space but provides enough storage to meet my needs. I will say when I opened the box it had a strong odor, like formaldehyde. I sprayed the pieces lightly with white vinegar and left them outside in the sun to air out any gasses for a couple of days and that seemed to remove the odor. The first drawer was a little tricky to get the slides correct but after I figured it out the rest went together smoothly. I put this together myself in about 2 hours. The outlet on top is a nice bonus that allows me to plug in my coffee maker without having to move the whole dresser to get to the wall outlet behind it, and there is enough space on the backside and the bottom to push the dresser flush to the wall when plugged in (note: it is a 3 prong plug). This dresser is exactly what I needed; it's just the right size and the design is very clean and fits right in with my turntable setup. The design is very clean and I love how the drawers are flush with the walls and the handles are very discreet. The delivery was very quick, and my package arrived safely after only 3 days from ordering. This was my first time ever buying and assembling a new piece of furniture, and I did it all solo, so putting everything together was definitely a challenge. Although it took much longer than it should have (having 2 people really helps if you’re considering building this on your own), but it was enjoyable. The materials used are somewhat questionable, but it seems to be holding up quite well so far. I didn’t have any alignment issues with the rails, but the cabinet door was a bit of an issue until I remembered the instructions show how to adjust it in the last page. I noticed the drawers weren’t moving smoothly at certain points, so I realized the screws that hold the rails on the dresser walls needed to be fully flush to avoid any sticking issues.
