I should have removed the canopy, but have not been removing it in past years. Id simply go out with a long push broom and gently lift up each section to allow the snow to fall off. This storm was different. Lesson learned. Unfortunately, its tough to buy a canopy that includes the ribbing that holds it together and atop the frame. Wayfairs customer service department used the replacement canopy I had purchased then returned and applied it as a credit to my account. I then quickly found an open box gazebo, that in my opinion is of better quality. I was eager to get it up, despite the windy weather here in Quakertown PA, but its up and anchored to my concrete patio acquiring plants, comfy chairs and tables, garden decor, etc. (mostly everything purchased at Wayfair, of course)!. Really happy with these chairs. The backs provide firm support, the adjustable feet and head rests are comfortable, the saved positions add nice convenience, and the stitching gives a sleek stylish look. The only improvement I can think of, though not worth docking a star, is that I am 5'10" and if the seat backs went up just another couple inches it would fit my head and neck better, currently the motorized neck rest starts on my shoulder blades, and I either have to slouch a bit or extend the head rest forward more than I might otherwise extend it to get past my shoulders.. My 10’x12’ she’s kit arrived as a 6’x 6’x6’ package. I had previously poured a concrete slab and placed a 4” high conc. block base. There were good written instructions provided along with a DVD movie and photos. It went together without a problem. Mine even has a tree growing through it! Turned out nice. Had this professionally installed and mounted the post in concrete blocks to give more stability. The metal pieces itself is lightweight aluminum but when connected together it’s sturdy. Only gripe are the shade connector poles. Their means of connecting could be improved because they slide off & disconnect from one another every now & then but so far holds up well with rain when shade is pulled back. I love this little machine. Picks up real well one button press and you have your hand vac. Keep in mind this is not a full size vacuum cleaner it is an auto broom. The cup is small but powerful. If I was to change anything it would be the cup size. Make it a little bigger. I have 3 cats and two full size Aussies, that is why I love my Electrolux.
