The craftsmanship was a little lacking in the closing mechanism and there were some scratches on the back that didn't add character; they were just scratches. They are super heavy and the brushed brass finish is beautiful. Sprayer and faucet all seem well made. We have not installed it yet - so can't speak to ease of installation but instructions seemed pretty detailed. The company sells matching drains which I bought separately for our farmsink.
