This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. Pretty pleased with the end result! Seems like a durable, well-designed drop box. My only issues with it were the rather poor directions, specifically when it came to the lift-lid assembly and padlock setup. Once my brain took over and I could see how it was supposed to work I undid some screws and reassembled them in the proper place, but that’s frustrating. So, instead of 20 minutes (their optimistic estimate) it took me more like an hour 20 minutes. This model secured to the wall with anchors. We had an unusual wall condition and so made some modifications, but just know that this particular model does not get secured through the base. The installer had no issues in plugging everything in, i have used it with copper lines, the stops are really useful to test everything and the preliminary tests were working all good. The Moen digital shower controller is a nice upgrade. We needed a controller on the opposite side of the shower from the shower head, so the water could be turned on without entering the shower.
