It comes in a crate and its 300 pounds so beware. I paid for the delivery service and it was no problem although the men visibly struggled to get it into my bedroom. My master is on the first floor. I couldnt imagine trying to get it up an interior stairway. Ive read some other reviews that complain of it not retaining heat. My experience is the opposite. OMG.. sooo beautiful and modern looks very expensive drawers close slowly the color is beautiful the sink is deep the edges are thick and overlap the wood portion which prevents it from getting wet the size was the perfect highly recommend buying a smaller one for my half bathroom..
