The customer service representative said it would be to us by 6/26, it did not arrive until 6/30. Also the measurements of this unit are incorrect on the website. I called to report it but appears to still not be correct. The dog beds that we bought for it to meet the sizing, do not fit as the interior measurements are still off. The gate doors are bulging out in a couple of places which causes the doors to scrape when they slide from one end to the other, would prefer to have the corrected or doors replaced, if possible.
