Every joint is able to be tightened, so you can adjust exactly how fluid/stationary you want everything. Mount uses VESA 75 x75 & 100 x 100 mounting holes. Just what I needed for my desk. The way this lays out allows me to have a file open without interference from the riser. The small drawers are prefect for my note pads, wipes etc. Plus middle section holds my tape dispenser, stapler, mail opener, stale remover and more desk necessities compactly and out of view.
