It single handily was my sous-chef for prepping and making Thanksgiving dinner, along with many other meals. Its multiple settings include slow cook like a standard crock pot, sauté/sear which I found myself using mostly, rice cooker, sous vide, meal timer/manual function which is also helpful. I’ve made couscous, rice and multiple chicken dinners, seared veggies, made stock and kept my mashed potatoes warm while I finished Thanksgiving dinner. This machine has a lot of power and functionality while looking quite professional and high end. My only complaint is the size/weight of it, with all that power and functions come parts to hoist and overall it’s a bit large for simply keeping out on my counter so I keep it tucked away. Without having proper space for this machine I can see it being hard to keep around, luckily I have the room. Nice looking brown chair with rose gold color metal on it. Easy to connect blue tooth. No assembly. well packaged. There are things that should be in the instruction booklet that aren't. The auto massage programs always default to medium. We are senior adults and found this to be too strong. Learning how to get it turned down to low and widen the SI track took some discovery. After a few days of working with it my husband and I both enjoy it. For me the biggest miss is the lack of backlight on the control tablet. There is no USB charging port mentioned in the operation manual and we cannot find one on the chair. The sweet dreams setting actually rocks back and forth. Very enjoyable. The heat is soothing. The booklet states clearance is 3.2 inches. We found it was more like 5 or 6. This chair provides many options for adjustments that can be made for personalization. Where can I begin this chair is the chair of all massage chairs. It was pretty easy to set up once you got it out of the huge box. Make sure your doors are wide enough to allow for its entry. I had to use my back doors doodue to my front door being smaller than my back. I plugged in the power cord the screen dock then the screen and I was ready for the massage to begin.
