This is a nice standard ceiling fan. It was easy to put together and goes perfectly in our small bedroom. It has 8 drawers and a center cabinet, so adequate room. I changed the three hole faucet top to a single faucet by using an escutcheon. Also, the navy blue is very dark, so in certain lighting looks black, which was just what I wanted. I love this vanity it’s very sharp looking. Came very well packaged. I had a handyman install it. He did not seem to have any problems. It is controlled by the remote. The wall outlet (?) only turns the unit off. The fan moves alot of air with only three blades. The remote also controls on/off, warm/cool light, light brightness, 6 fan speeds, and has a timer.
