This door is thick and held in place well, so it doesn't budge when bumped. Customer service was great at finding out the weight of each glass door and other specs not listed in the manual. Installation took approx. a whole day due to (1) we are homeowners/DIY so had trouble understanding install instructions as it was sparse and meant for a pro; (2) difficult to adjust rollers to level as we were not able to figure out the position of the small hex hole on the roller to accommodate gaps..
