I have had the machine for a little over a year now. The ice cream was great while it lasted. Nothing like having your own soft serve!!! At first we couldn't keep it running because it kept kicking out the breaker. So we put in a 30 amp breaker for it and that worked. Unless it is a really hot day, then it will still stop running and give you an error code. Turning it off and on will reset it and it will run again. The machine is loud. But we keep it in the garage so that's ok. We used the machine most weekends last summer and once at Christmas, which I consider light use. 1 month after the warranty ran out, (Vevor warranty is for 1 year), a fin broke off one of the stirring rods. Vevor does not sell parts and they wouldn't replace it because it was out of warranty. Plus dealing with their customer service is frustrating because of the language barrier and time zone differences. I have looked everywhere for a beater replacement with no luck. It turns out that the beater is a 395 mm size which is hard to find in that size and particular shape. Most aftermarket beaters are 335 mm long and are readily available. So now the machine is sitting in my garage not working, Vevor won't help, can't buy parts, no ice cream for us , and I'm probably out the $1100 dollar cost because without the part it's junk.
