I finally broke down and invested in a better vacuum. This thing is amazing! Mostly hard flooring and its highest setting picks up everything- doesn’t blow it around. I love this little machine. Picks up real well one button press and you have your hand vac. Keep in mind this is not a full size vacuum cleaner it is an auto broom. The cup is small but powerful. This is my first stick vacuum, so I don't have anything to compare it to. I would give the suction 3 stars and the features 5 stars. I love the charging stand, I'm glad it doesn't have to go on the wall. It's also light and gets into corners easily. This unit works great! It heats up quickly and the steam output is consistent. The only thing I would change is a gauge on the water tank so you can see how much water is in the reservoir. It’s absolutely gorgeous. The leather smells great, feels soft, and the overall look is beautiful. If you’ve ever sat in a La‑Z‑Boy zero‑gravity recliner, this is very similar — just a bit softer, not overly firm. For me, it’s perfect.
