Uhg! I’m once again wishing for 3.5 stars or a 710. Yes, the Rev-A-Shelf does work and their competition is weak, so I keep buying it. I think this is number four for me in the last few years. It works but they cost so much and leave so much to be desired. The main lacking component in this piece is the absolute waste of space above the can which could easily have been a pull-out drawer. If you’re looking at other pieces, my experience says they’re most likely lacking something too. I hope a competitive company that’s actually good enters the market. For now, let me tell you, it’s probably less expensive and better quality to have something custom-made. I’m doing that for another piece in my kitchen and saving money. I just couldn’t find good cans for this one or would’ve done it too. Over time you’ll probably forget how much you spent on Rev-A-Shelf, which is probably more than twice as much as it’s already marked up retail price should be, but, if you pick it and install it correctly, it should work.. Unit is defective from manufacturer. Contractor installed and the hood will not raise up. I know electrical controls pretty well and after doing some troubleshooting the button to raise the hood gets no power from the board and the fuse is in good condition. Hope it gets fixed quickly.. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my Bosch Benchmark dishwasher for a week now. And I'm quite annoyed that after it finishes, the light turns off and there is no indication that the wash completed successfully. Yes, I know I can check the app to confirm, but this is annoying to have to reach for my phone when my previous dishwasher simply had an LED that stayed lit to confirm the wash completed properly. Every day I use the dishwasher I'm reminded that Bosch would somehow rather save a tiny tiny amount of energy to shut the dishwasher totally off than leave a little LED lit to confirm that the wash completed. I have kids, and they need to know whether the dishes in the dishwasher are clean or dirty. Without this signal, it makes this harder than it should be. I'm all for saving energy and saving the planet, but not having a "successful completion LED" was a bad engineering decision. Next time, I will be more careful to buy a dishwasher with that feature.. Looks beautiful!! Love it!! Even on the quiet mode it is somewhat louder than expected. It really moves the smoke and smells out of the house though!! The noise from the fan doesn’t bother me as much as it may some others but for the price I did expect it to be more quiet but it has 2 powerful fans!! The gas range is very powerful, the iron grill is sturdy and offers a flat top (no pot or pan wiggling!) for the entire range. This feature is helpful in a small kitchen with limited counter space. Other reviewers are correct when saying the temperature dial needs to be set above the needed temp to get a correct preheat. Remedy with a hanging oven thermometer. Do not, I repeat, Do not get the ‘GE Installation’ service with this appliance. Even if you buy an installation kit. The technician will come in, excuse in hand, and will tell you that any dust, or light green on the gas pipe disallows them to service the installation. (When plumbers test for gas leaks upon installation they spray a little water on the line, leading to a light green) Be ready with your own plumber on the day of delivery.
