I just put it together over the weekend and I have not installed the door yet. My first impression was the wood was brittle and prone to cracking. One of the window frames was cracked on delivery and I had to glue it together. I put it together by myself with some help from time to time. You have to be handy! Takes two to build the initial frame but the rest can be finished by one. Took me 10 hours by myself. Roof panels are tricky but you can bend the slots they go into open a bit more to assist. Lastly, the anchor bolts supplied are insufficient. I upgraded to a 38 inch cement anchor for my unit. Too soon to comment on the durability during wind. I’m hopeful. This is a very nice kit. The most challenging thing in assembly is determining whether the instructions were showing the front or the back of the assembly. I believe it’s there to prevent scratches during shipping. We found that letting the panels sit in the sun for a bit made the film much easier to peel off.
