I just put it together over the weekend and I have not installed the door yet. My first impression was the wood was brittle and prone to cracking. One of the window frames was cracked on delivery and I had to glue it together. I put it together by myself with some help from time to time. You have to be handy! This is a very nice kit. The most challenging thing in assembly is determining whether the instructions were showing the front or the back of the assembly. The gazebo is really nice. The instructions were fairly easy to follow. The only issue was when we unpacked the boxes, there were several panels, windows and a screen that were damaged. It was disappointing to spend so much for damaged materials. The manufacturer did agree to send replacement parts and Wayfair was monitoring the communications, so we felt like we had some insurance. Excellent product, well designed and all parts fit perfectly. You really need to study the installation instructions before starting as they lack ease of use.
