Very happy so far! We put this pergola up one week ago and have been very happy with the aesthetic, shade, and simple functionality. Assembly was straightforward with the exception of a minor hiccup - the QR code that was supposed to link to assembly instructions did not work. We used a Mirador assembly video on YouTube as reference, and it went together relatively simply. Two people, two drills, and two ladders is the ideal assembly scenario. This will make it relatively quick and efficient. Have only tested in light rain so far, and it kept us dry as designed. Lastly, the anchor bolts supplied are insufficient. I upgraded to a 38 inch cement anchor for my unit. Too soon to comment on the durability during wind. I’m hopeful. Assembly took four people about 6–8 hours to complete, so plan accordingly. One helpful tip: each roof panel has a thin protective plastic film that needs to be removed before installation. I believe it’s there to prevent scratches during shipping. We found that letting the panels sit in the sun for a bit made the film much easier to peel off.
