Very happy so far! We put this pergola up one week ago and have been very happy with the aesthetic, shade, and simple functionality. Assembly was straightforward with the exception of a minor hiccup - the QR code that was supposed to link to assembly instructions did not work. We used a Mirador assembly video on YouTube as reference, and it went together relatively simply. Two people, two drills, and two ladders is the ideal assembly scenario. This will make it relatively quick and efficient. Have only tested in light rain so far, and it kept us dry as designed. Finished product is AMAZING! The instructions are awful!!! My husband is very handy and the two of us figured it out but it took a lot longer then anticipated and was over multiple days. The zippers on the curtains and screens are junk. One already broke. Now to keep it closed up I have to zip a curtain to a screen. Had to remove one star for terrible instructions and zippers. I purchased my shed in October. Unfortunately with the weather change I could not have it assembled until early April, come to find out the included T lock is defective and does not lock the shed. Because I am past the 30 day product window, I am told there is no resolve from company, so I have to purchase a lock to replace and have handyman return.
