I just put it together over the weekend and I have not installed the door yet. My first impression was the wood was brittle and prone to cracking. One of the window frames was cracked on delivery and I had to glue it together. I put it together by myself with some help from time to time. You have to be handy! "Can" be built by one person.. Going to make an excellent water well house after insulating. I will note - pay attention to the interior bracket locations, had to back up a couple of times.
