I just put it together over the weekend and I have not installed the door yet. My first impression was the wood was brittle and prone to cracking. One of the window frames was cracked on delivery and I had to glue it together. I put it together by myself with some help from time to time. You have to be handy! This is a very nice kit. The most challenging thing in assembly is determining whether the instructions were showing the front or the back of the assembly.
